add 'shift' action to time frame in graph views

Description
I was now multiple times in a situation where I had to analyze a service graph in more detail and in current state this means a lot of manual steps and is inconvenient.
Please add icons left and right of a showed graph to move the current time frame by 1 unit to the left (earlier) or right (later). The icons could be something like '<<' and '>>'. This should work for both the pre-defined graph periods and the user-defined ones.

Julien, can you fix the design part and integrate the buttons into xsl? I'm not familiar with the mechanism.
