Description

Hi,
in my local version I moved nagios process control from
Home->Nagios Statistics->Process info to Administration->Server Status->Process Control

In my homble opinion this is much cleaner and more obvious, since it divides viewing and controlling.
As an extra I added a nagios start button the same way nagios restart and stop were already handled.
Are these changes ok?

What do you think If we move this page in Configuration > Centreon > Poller state just near there configuration ?

Hi Julien,
I would prefer having it in Administration. Otherwise we would blur the seperation between configuration and administration - process control should belong to the latter one. I could imagine having a shortcut from the new "poller states" box to the admin -> server status page.

The feature is implemented partly: the actual action "start/stop/restart" is missing yet, but I have started a prototype back then and have to test it before commit.

But I think we should have a direct link into configuration > Nagios in order to check if process are ok.
